The domains you work in
Jobs, CRM, Assets and Sales are modules. Each has its own purpose, screens and data, while still connecting logically to one another.
Modules & features
In MyKlerk we deliberately distinguish between modules and features. Modules are the recognisable business domains, such as Jobs, CRM, Assets and Sales. Features support those modules with overview, planning, signalling, customer access and reporting.
The distinction
This distinction helps explain MyKlerk clearly. A module revolves around a specific business domain. A feature supports several modules at once or makes the information from those modules more useful.
Jobs, CRM, Assets and Sales are modules. Each has its own purpose, screens and data, while still connecting logically to one another.
Dashboard, Calendar, Notifications, Customer Portal and Reporting are features. They help users maintain overview, collaborate and use module data effectively in practice.
Two ways to start
Both plans use the same MyKlerk foundation. You do not have to start over when you move from Start to Core later: existing jobs, customer data and history remain part of the same environment.
Modules
These modules are the substantive building blocks of MyKlerk. Each represents a recognisable part of the process while sharing the same context, so information remains useful when a request becomes a quotation, job or follow-up action.
Organise tasks, incidents and work orders with planning, documents, time, materials and follow-up. Jobs forms the operational foundation of MyKlerk and is therefore available in both Start and Core.
Manage companies, contacts and the full customer context from one relationship overview, so work, communication and commercial information stay logically connected.
Register objects, installations and equipment with their characteristics and history. Linking assets to customers and jobs adds valuable context during service, management and maintenance.
Follow requests, quotations and commercial agreements through to assignment and execution, so the commercial phase connects seamlessly to operational delivery.
Features
Features help you plan, follow, share and interpret the work from the modules more effectively. They are not separate from the process, but support how users interact with it day to day.
The dashboard brings together key figures, open work, progress and items that need attention in one place, so you start the day with overview instead of separate lists.
The calendar combines planning, appointments and deadlines from different parts of the platform. It supports the work, but it is not a separate business module by itself.
Notifications help users respond in time to changes, deadlines or follow-up. They support processes across multiple modules and therefore belong to the platform's feature layer.
Through the customer portal, you give external users access to relevant information without requiring an internal seat. In Start the portal is intentionally compact; in Core it can be used more broadly.
Reporting turns data from jobs, customers, assets and sales into insight. It is not a separate domain like CRM or Assets, but a way to make data from those modules useful for steering and evaluation.
Add-ons
Not every organisation needs projects, a knowledge base, a public API or extensive AI usage. That is why these capabilities are offered separately, so you can expand when it fits the way you work.
For work that needs more structure and planning than a single job, including project tasks, progress, project reporting and a clearer project structure.
For organisations that want to capture and reuse knowledge. Articles, solutions and feedback help users find lessons from earlier work more quickly.
For custom integrations, webhooks and automation with other systems. This add-on applies organisation-wide and is intended for integrations beyond standard MyKlerk functionality.
For AI features such as summarising, analysing and writing support. Credits are used across the tenant, so you can decide internally who gets access.
Shown add-on prices apply with annual billing and exclude VAT. See the pricing page for the full price structure and AI credit packs.
How it works together
A relationship can appear in Sales, Jobs and Assets. The dashboard, calendar, notifications and reporting then support how users work with that information. That interplay between modules and features is central to the MyKlerk approach.
Capture the relationship, request and relevant contact details so the context is available from the start.
Create a job or continue the commercial step with a quotation and clear agreements.
Plan execution, register progress and keep assets, employees and projects connected where needed.
Use the dashboard, reporting, notifications and the customer portal to maintain insight, communicate and decide on the next step.
